- Freedom24 EU "Smart" plan: $0.02 per share plus $2 per order for US and European stocks and ETFs — the $2 is added to every order, it is not a minimum. All-Inclusive plan: 0.5% + €0.012 per share + €1.2 per order. Smart plan is standard (no monthly fee). Safekeeping is free on these plans; only E-Account and ER-Account holdings are charged 0.000822% per day, about 0.30% per year.
