What Just2Trade says about the W-8BEN form
Almost everything written about this form is written about you — your residence, your treaty, your return. This page is written about the broker: what J2T Services Ltd (Cyprus, CySEC CIF 281/15) states in its own documents about taking the form and withholding at source. That is the part that can be verified, and the part that differs between brokers.
Which entity this covers
This is the whole of it. The single mention of the form anywhere in J2T's client documents is the declaration above, which the client signs when opening an account online — the surrounding clause confirms the electronic route, stating that clicking "I agree" represents a digital signature equivalent to a written one. Whether the company withholds US tax at source, at what rate, and how long the form stays valid are not addressed in any of its documents: the general terms of business run to several hundred thousand characters and contain no occurrence of "withhold" or "W-8" at all, and the site has no help centre with a tax section.
What this page does not answer
Not what you will pay, not which treaty rate applies to you, and not what to put on your own tax return. Those depend on where you are resident and on the agreement between your country and the United States — questions a broker's documents cannot settle and we hold no source for. Everything below is a statement by the broker about the broker.
